For the first time, in just one mobile application, Baoviet Direct offers maximum support for all the needs of Baoviet Insurance customers, including contract management, policy tracking, and claims inquiry. Currently, Baoviet Direct supports two insurance products: health insurance and car insurance. The key features of the application include:

1. Electronic Guarantee Card: Instead of having to carry a physical insurance card, the Electronic Guarantee Card allows customers to present their electronic health insurance card when visiting hospitals or clinics to access services.
2. Insurance Contract: The Insurance Contract function allows customers to manage their owned insurance cards. Upon logging into the application, customers can accurately track all their insurance contract benefits registered with Baoviet Insurance, including the total value of benefits, benefits utilized, and remaining benefits.
3. Claims Inquiry: After submitting a claim request to Baoviet Insurance, customers can track the progress of their claim. Baoviet Insurance will send notifications to customers regarding the acceptance, additional requirements, or rejection of their claims. Customers can also review the history of their claim requests over time.
4. Garage/Hospital and Clinic Locator: With Baoviet Direct, users can easily find any garage or hospital/clinic within Baoviet Insurance's network of hundreds across the country. This feature is supported by Google maps, providing clear directions to the nearest garage or hospital/clinic.
5. Appointment Scheduling: Customers who require car inspections can schedule appointments in advance for Baoviet staff to perform the inspection at their requested location.
6. Claims Request: Customers no longer need to call Baoviet staff or visit their offices to fill out claim request forms. With the "Claims Request" feature in Baoviet Direct, customers can quickly and conveniently fill out their claim requests online, using pre-entered personal information. They can also upload accident/damage evidence, as well as medical records and invoices. The process of submitting claims has never been simpler.
